SPONSORGLOBAL
Privacy Policy
This notice describes the information used by the current SponsorGlobal website and how to ask questions about it.
Account information
We store account details such as your name, email address, account preferences and sign-in information to operate and protect your account. Account and order records connect you to your balance and order history.
Google sign-in
When you choose to sign in with Google, SponsorGlobal uses your name, verified email address and unique Google account identifier to create or connect your account and sign you in. We store these account details so you can return to the same account, balance and order history.
We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files. The Google access token is used during sign-in and is not stored by SponsorGlobal.
Orders and payments
We use the links, quantities, comments or other required inputs you submit to process orders, track delivery and resolve problems. Information needed to fulfill an order is sent to the service involved in delivering it.
Payment services process deposits. SponsorGlobal keeps payment-related records such as amounts, currencies, transaction references and payment status for account credit, reconciliation and support. Never send payment credentials through a support ticket.
Support communications
Support tickets retain messages and any attachments you provide so the issue can be reviewed. The website also uses a third-party chat widget. If you use the automated support assistant, your question and recent conversation context may be processed by an external AI service to generate a response. Avoid including secrets or unnecessary personal information.
Cookies and website tools
Session and security cookies support sign-in and forms. Language and interface preferences are separate from optional analytics. Tawk.to chat remains a separate support tool.
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics choices”. Declining does not prevent registration, funding or ordering. We remember the choice for 180 days. After acceptance, campaign attribution and analytics identifiers are retained first-party for up to 30 days to connect visits with successful registrations, deposits and orders. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not automatically remove events already received by Google.
Analytics events use pseudonymous browser identifiers and order/service identifiers, not your name, email, submitted service link, payment credentials or supplier details. Order amounts and successful funding amounts are measured separately. Essential cookies can be controlled through your browser, but blocking them may affect sign-in and ordering.
Why information is used
Information is used for account administration, payment processing, order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention and applicable compliance obligations. SponsorGlobal does not sell customers’ personal information to third parties.
Service providers and security
Operating the website involves hosting, payment, fulfillment, email and support technology services. Information needed for their functions may be processed by those services. Access controls and other technical measures help protect account and support information, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Retention and requests
Account, transaction, order and support records are retained to operate accounts, preserve transaction history and review issues. The applicable retention period can depend on the record and legal obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
Contact us to request access, correction, removal of a Google connection or deletion of account information. Requests are reviewed with account verification and applicable retention requirements. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law; you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where that right applies.
